museekd stops processing chat and almost all other data at random times

Sometimes it starts responding again on it's own after a long bit of waiting, but it usually takes a logout->login to reactive it. This is probably another bug caused by the transfer manager. By cancelling all transferring transfers, and setting my upload slots to 0 for a minute or so, i was able to get museekd to process messages normally.
