Do you have an example filename, so I could confirm this bug ?

Thanks in advance, Adam.

I'm using Museek 0.1.12 on FreeBSD 6.2 (filesystem encoding is set to latin1, network encoding is set to utf-8, default encoding is unspecified). I'm estonian and we have some special chars in our alphabet (ä ö õ ü), so it's quite common to see these chars within songs' names ;) Museek shows question marks instead of these chars in searches, but I cannot download any files that contain any of these chars.

Nicotine replaces these chars with question marks also, but it's able to download them (leaving these chars as question marks within filename).

I've tried several encodings in Museek, but nothing seems to help.

I confirm the problem exists.

It is experienced with 0.1.13+svn20080211.r743-1 on Debian, trying to transfer files with french characters such as é è à. Configuration is set to UTF-8 for network encoding and latin-1 for filesystem. Mucous displays the characters as question marks "?".
