computed percent-complete est-time-to-complete columns

this is a feature that was recently dropped by nicotine: if we have columns (optional?) in the Transfers lists for the %-complete and/or an estimated time-to-complete, we could sort on that column to produce a list of the files sorted by the expected delivery. When I'm fetching things like foreign tv shows for the kids, this is the question I'm most asked: "when is it going to get here?" :)
