Download queues stall without error message

After some files have finished downloading, the queue stops still. No errors are logged with any file and the files remaining to be downloaded are in the state Queued. After manually selecting to Retry, the download immediatelly resumes, files begin to transfer again. After the next file has completed, the situation may repeat itself, so it may be neccessary to select all remaining files to be retried.

This is the problem I encounter more than any other with Museek+ - it happens to me all the time and requires to constantly monitor the downloads.
