Description

museeq 0.1.12 on gentoo

hello, on the server where museekd is running i had to change username and pass. now my museeq is not connecting to the server anymore, it just says 'INVPASS' - thats the way it should be :) unfortunately when saying 'connect' it just replies INVPASS and doesn't give me the option of changing the settings for username an pass. i couldn't find any configfile for changing the settings by hand. also a complete deinstallation an new installation didn't delete the config file so that i still got the same prob. so, where does museeq strore it's configuration? or how can i make it showing me the configuration dialoge? tnx a lot cheers pete

toggle the auto-connect to daemon option in the settings menu

heyja, tried that with the auto-connect daemon (forgot to write that, sorry). didn't work :( i also stopped the daemon, hoping the conf dialoge pop's up in museeq but it just says: can't connect. plz tell me where the conf file is, where museeq stores its data. tnx a lot! pete

i also closed my museek port in my firewall, so i'm able to press the disconnect, play around with autoconnect, connect, disconnect with and without restarting museeq, opening the port in one direction, or the other.....the whole bunch of stuff...but no success :/

The QT3 Museeq's config is: ~/.qt/thegraveyard.orgrc

The QT4 Museeq's config is: ~/.config/MuseekPlus.org/Museeq.conf

Same problem. I don't get it. I setup the pwd and user in musetup, every time I try to loggin, it says Login error: INVPASS. WTF am I doing incorrectly? Awk...

Have you set your interface password with musetup? That password is the one that's required to connect to museekd with museeq and the other clients.
