PyMuseek should should have a version number. Mucous should check for the version number.

Loading Mucous (newnet branch) from an old version of the python bindings gives me:

Connection Error 'module' object has no attribute 'EM_DEBUG'

I've included a patch (which is just a quick hack, feel free to implement something better) to remedy this. The PyMuseek? bindings would have a version number, and Mucous would check for it.
